A South Africa based Documentary sharing the story of Luke Cornell and his creation of
Cornellskop Animal Sanctuary
Cornellskop is a South African documentary showcasing the story of Luke Cornell and his Cornellskop Animal Sanctuary. As the lead editor, I worked closely on this project, receiving footage in real-time through Lucidlink from South Africa to the U.S.
Developed by Nate Oliva, a SCAD graduate and travel enthusiast, the documentary highlights Cornell's fight against poaching and trophy hunting. It showcases the sanctuary's unique role in animal rescue and its connection to the entertainment industry, where select animals are trained for film roles. The film offers an intimate look into the Cornell family’s life, devoted to caring for and protecting wildlife while working toward ending exploitation.
