ChefATL

a SCAD sponsored Docuseries

I was given the opportunity to color the second episode of ChefATL, a SCAD-sponsored docuseries that dives into the chefs, philosophies, and people behind the food. It was a huge learning experience and gave me a deeper understanding of how to craft a cohesive look for a series. After coloring episode two, I was given the chance to revisit episode one and refine its look based on what I had learned.

The most interesting part for me was understanding the science behind color. Since we aimed to bring this docuseries to broadcast television, mastering the color process presented a significant learning curve.

House of Lanvin

 Documentary Short

I had the opportunity to color an interview sequence for House of Lanvin, a documentary short executive produced by my university president, Paula Wallace, and directed by Alda Matos, Frank Peluso, and Dane C. Reiley. The film is currently on its festival run.

House of Lanvin is a short documentary that tells the story of pioneering French couturier Jeanne Lanvin, founder of France's oldest fashion house still in operation.

From her childhood through her incredible life and career, Jeanne's story is told using her many landmark achievements as guideposts. This journey winds its way to the present, examining the influence of Jeanne on the first collection by the house's new creative director, Peter Copping.
